- Type: Residential
- Location: Nashville, TN
- Duration: Multi-Day Project
About this project
The project involved comprehensive multi-level residential work across basement, main level, middle level game room, and upper office/bedroom. Detailed work included floor painting and wallpaper in the basement with bunk bed assembly, sofa and TV mounting on the main level, wallpaper and game room furnishings on the middle level, and full office/bedroom setup with mirrors and rugs on the upper level.
The challenge
Managing diverse installation tasks across four distinct levels — each with different requirements — while maintaining quality and coordinating crew movements efficiently.
How we handled it
Level-by-level scheduling with task-specific crew assignments allowed for smooth workflow progression, ensuring each floor was completed fully before moving to the next.
